The People Behind Simuverse

Twinkle Brahmbhatt is the Founder & CEO of Simuverse, bringing together experience across teaching, higher education and people development with a longstanding interest in how people learn, develop capability and apply knowledge in practice.

Her connection with education began as a Lecturer in Computers and Programming at Gujarat University in India, where she taught graduate students and contributed to learning materials, assessments and examinations.

She later worked with the Amrut Mody School of Management at Ahmedabad University in India, supporting academic programme activities, including work connected with its Entrepreneurial MBA programme.

Her career subsequently developed within People and Culture in UK higher education, giving her experience across people development, employee relations and complex workplace situations where communication, judgement and decision-making are central. She currently works as a People and Culture Consultant at the University of the Arts London.

Across these different environments, one idea has remained consistent: people develop capability not simply by being told what to do, but by having opportunities to think, apply knowledge, make decisions and learn from what happens next.

That perspective became an important part of the thinking behind Simuverse.

As Founder & CEO, Twinkle leads the overall direction of Simuverse, its institutional engagement and its collaboration with academics, educators and industry practitioners who contribute their expertise to the development and review of simulations.

Her focus is on building Simuverse into a learning environment where learners can move beyond simply understanding concepts and begin developing the judgement, confidence and decision-making capability to apply them in practice.
